FitMix’s Circuit Training Class Schedule

FitMix's Circuit Training Class Schedule is as follows and the cost is $10 per class. Tuesdays 5:30AM at FitMix Studio, Thursdays at 6PM at FitMix Studio, and Sundays at 9AM and 10AM at Cooper River. Contact me for more information. The Full Body Workouts consist of 30 seconds stations/exercises that will give you a full body workout while keeping your heartrate up and speeding up your metabolism. I am a ACE, AAAI, and TRX certified personal trainer who started out as the typical overweight college student. I went from the sofa to running my first 5K. After I learned how to incorporate weight training and core strengthening to lose weight and speed up my metabolism, I competed in my first half-Ironman and qualified for the Boston Marathon. I want to share my passion, knowledge and expertise to help you reach your fitness goals!
