The workouts are full body, and incorporate lifting and cardio exercise to help raise your heart rate and increase your metabolism. The workouts are ALWAYS different and will include Cardio Ropes, Kettle Bells, TRX Body Trainers, BOSU Stability balls, Slam balls, Tire flipping, even assisted pull ups, and yes you can do pull ups!
